Christmas Eve

On Christmas Eve we gave the kids one present each to open. They were so excited to open even one gift. They each got a new pair of Pj's and modeled them for pictures.

Thanks for the Little People nativity set, I have really wanted one of those but was not willing to spend the money so far, so THANKS! We also forgot to put out cookies for santa so I won't tell the kids what those pictures on you blog are for. oops. Your tree looks very nice, the kids look like they had fun decorating it! They also look excited about their new PJs, that is a Christmas eve tradition we do also. I've been meaning to do a Christmas post of my own, but haven't had a chance to sort through all the pictures yet. Instead I'm procrastinating and commenting on others blogs... Oh well, your trip sounds very eventful! Glad you made it home ok, and the snow pictures are beautiful! Sorry about Ryan's Grandma though, thats too bad. Here is another one about singing. Madalyn loves to sing primary songs as loud as she can off the balcony. I heard her outside on the balcony yesterday singing “Follow the Prophet.” Here’s what she sang “Adam was a prophet first THING that we know…” instead of “Adam was a prophet first ONE that we know…” This is a song we have worked on but she always reverts back to the words she likes better. ~ March 2008
